Operational strategies and economic analysis of chilled water storage air conditioning system of Nine Peak Innovation Base of Biolake in Wuhan

Based on the general situation of the project, cooling load characteristics and cooling characteristics with large temperature difference (4 ℃/12 ℃) from the energy station, discusses the necessity of transformation of the chilled water storage air conditioning system. Presents the transformation scheme of the chilled water storage air conditioning system, and provides the operation modes and operation strategies of the chilled water storage air conditioning system based on the analysis of hourly cooling load of the design day. The economic comparison with conventional air conditioning system shows that the chilled water storage system can transfer 41.22% of the non-off-peak electricity power, and reduce operating electricity costs about 1.671 million yuan per year.
